Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned, fully understand that:

1. Once I have registered for the Programme and been given access to APT Assist, I am liable for the full programme fee.
2. I may not be registered for two professional Programmes simultaneously.
3. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PAID. Should I withdraw from the programme before Assessment 1, a credit may be granted on request towards the cost of the following years APT programme fee.
4. I remain liable for the Programme fees in my personal capacity irrespective of any employer/organisation agreement to pay such fees. If my firm is unable to pay the fees regardless of the circumstances, I accept that I am liable for the fees in my personal capacity.
5. Should I withdraw after Assessment 1, I remain responsible for the full Programme fee.
6. Should I fail to complete the Programme, I will be required to repeat the Programme and will not be permitted to re-register in any following year until current outstanding fees have been settled.
7. The onus is on me to notify Accounting Professional Training immediately of any change to work or personal contact information (i.e. email address, cell phone number or telephone numbers, etc)
8. APT reserves the right to revoke a candidate’s registration or withdraw the APT Certificate if the candidate is found, or reasonably suspected, to have misrepresented qualifications, failed to meet eligibility criteria, or not provided required documentation. Such revocation will be treated as a voluntary deregistration, and all related rules and consequences will apply in full.
